Dr. Princess Thomas Williams is a highly respected and dedicated breast surgeon with over a decade of private practice experience. A native of Columbus, Georgia, she treats both men and women for a wide variety of cancerous and noncancerous breast diseases, combining extensive clinical research with compassionate, patient-centered care.

Dr. Thomas Williams is committed to excellence in surgical oncology and holds several of the field's highest honors:

• Fellowship: Completed a prestigious formal interdisciplinary breast fellowship at Yale University.

• Residency: Completed a general surgery internship and residency at Mercer University’s Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon, GA.

• Certifications & Honors: Initiated as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) in 2019, one of surgery’s highest honors. She is also certified in Hidden Scar™ surgery.

• Memberships: Proud member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS) and the Society of Surgical Oncology (SSO).

Driven by a philosophy of treating the whole patient, Dr. Thomas Williams is the founder and owner of multiple practices dedicated to comprehensive breast care:

• Breast Care Specialists of Carolina (Mooresville, NC): Founded in 2019 to provide holistic breast cancer treatments.

• Birmingham Breast Care (Birmingham, AL): Providing comprehensive, state-of-the-art breast care to all patients.

• The Breast and Wellness Collective: A collaborative initiative allowing her teams to expand upon integrative and holistic care across both North Carolina and Alabama.

An advocate for treating the whole person, Dr. Thomas Williams uses a highly individualized approach designed to meet each patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. She understands that breast cancer treatment is multimodal and seamlessly integrates medical oncology, radiation oncology, plastic surgery, and critical services like genetic testing and survivorship into her management plans.
